Cross-cultural coaching is not just about one-to-one sessions |

As a complement to the face to face sessions, you can attend seminars. They can be organised for you only or for a whole group. They usually last a half-day and tackle very different topics. Even though a seminar is very much like a lecture, I insist on the importance of interactivity between the coach and the participants and among the participants. Theory in the seminars is indeed associated to role plays and simulations. We have a whole series of topics to suggest to you but you can also suggest your own, usually the very topics tackled during our face to face sessions about which you would like some theoretical background. PLEASE NOTE: Fees depend on the topic and the number of participants. |

Group coaching sessions are halfway between face to face coaching sessions and seminars in that they combine theory and interaction. The advantage of these sessions is of course the fact that the participants can share their experiences and points of view.
